Paragon Ice is an innovative and creative conference and event company that specializes in the organization and production of events, conferences, incentive activities and vacations in Israel and worldwide.

The company was founded in 2011 by Eran Sella, who brings over 30 years of experience in the field.

“There’s no such thing as impossible” has been Eran’s motto throughout his career.

An event production company is exactly like a chef, and Eran, who is an amateur chef believes that a production company is very much like the chef of a Michelin star restaurant, which selects the finest and most innovative raw materials to suit the customer’s palate, adds their special ingredient to the dish, ensuring a wide range of flavors, or in other words, an unforgettable event.

At Paragon Ice, we have customized menus to cater to every taste: a special menu for the Marketing Department, which handles client events, launches and professional conferences, and a special menu for the Human Resources Department, which is in charge of organizational wellbeing and the organization’s marketing communications events, employee events and parties, vacations and team building trips
